By using VodBoy.TV — the website or the Apple TV app — you agree to these terms.
What VodBoy is
VodBoy is an unofficial, fan-made viewer for PaymoneyWubby’s public stream archive. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by PaymoneyWubby, Twitch or Kick. We don’t host the videos: they stream from the public archive, and their content belongs to its creators. We can’t promise any particular VOD stays available, or that the service is always up.
Age and content
You must be at least 13 years old to use VodBoy, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. The streams are unfiltered and often contain mature content — strong language, crude humour and adult themes. Watch at your own discretion.
Your account
You sign in with an account from another service (such as Twitch or Apple). Keep that account secure: you’re responsible for what happens under your VodBoy account. You can stop using VodBoy at any time and ask us to delete your account (see Privacy).
Watch parties and chat — community rules
Watch-party chat and reactions are written by users. Party codes can be shared, so treat chat as public. Before you join, host or chat in a party we ask you to agree to these terms, and we record which version you agreed to and when. When you use chat, don’t:
- harass, bully, threaten or target anyone, including the streamer or other viewers;
- post hate speech or attack people for who they are;
- post sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance; we remove it, ban the account and report it to the authorities;
- post sexually explicit material or graphic violence;
- share anyone’s personal information (doxxing);
- spam, scam, phish or post links to malware;
- impersonate someone else;
- post anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Hosts control playback and can mute or remove people in their party. To report a message, use Report on it in the party room; you can also block a user so you no longer see their messages, or email vodboy@chukshut.com with the party code and what happened. We review reports and may remove content, end parties, and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.
Acceptable use
Don’t attack, overload or scrape the service, try to access other people’s accounts or data, or use VodBoy in a way that breaks the law or the rules of the services it relies on.
No warranty
VodBoy is a free fan project provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest change, and this is version 1. If you keep using VodBoy after a change, the new terms apply. When the rules for parties change we may ask you to agree again before you next join one.
